James R. Beaird, Attorney
James R. Beaird will act as a Mediator in Divorce Cases where each party is represented by an attorney and desire to make a good faith effort to settle their case prior to trial. It is in everyone’s best interest to reach an agreement when possible and if you are represented by an attorney and your attorney believes that Mediation may settle your case, then ask your attorney discuss this possibility with Mr. Beaird. He will inform your attorney of the cost and requirements of scheduling your Mediation.
